You may return most new, unopened merchandise within 15 days of invoice date for a full refund. All returns require prior authorization, please contact us by phone or email to make arrangements. Returns must be unused and in the original packaging. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect of defective item).      


Most orders will be shipped within one business day, excluding custom orders.Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight and dimensions.  


Some sizes and shapes may vary from those shown in this website. For up-to-the-minute instock confirmation, questions or more detailed specifications, contact us by phone or email. We will reply in person within a few hours during the next business day (Pacific Standard Time).

Existing customers who have already given us their California Seller’s Permit information will be exempt from state sales tax when logged into their account. If you already have an account with us, and are ordering for the first time ONLINE, please create an account here and contact us with your customer information so we may merge your accounts.
